Role Overview
As an Account Strategist at RED66, you'll be a strategic partner for our clients and a mentor for our account teams. You'll lead client strategy development, drive business results for them, and help shape the future of RED66. This is the perfect role for someone who has mastered account management, loves client relationships & success, and is ready to focus more on strategy, leadership, and business growth.

What You'll Own
- Strategic Leadership: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies that align with client business objectives and deliver measurable results
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong client relationships, serving as a trusted advisor and strategic partner
- Team Guidance: Mentor account team members, providing strategic direction and sharing your expertise
- Business Growth: Identify and pursue opportunities to expand client engagements and contribute to new business development
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work seamlessly with creative, technical, and analytics teams to ensure integrated campaign execution
- Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance, identify optimization opportunities, and make data-driven recommendations
- Client Communication: Lead strategic client meetings, present campaign results, KPIs, and articulate the value of our work
- Agency Advancement: Contribute to the evolution of RED66's service offerings, processes, and best practices
What You'll Bring:
- 4-7 years of experience in digital marketing or account management, with at least 2 years in a senior or strategic role. Agency experience preferred
- A proven track record of developing and implementing successful digital marketing strategies, demonstrating ROI to clients
- Strong business acumen and the ability to connect marketing activities to business outcomes
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to guide and mentor team members
- Outstanding communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to transform data into strategic insights and recommendations
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
- Deep understanding of digital marketing channels, trends, and best practices
- Experience with tools like Asana, Harvest, HubSpot, Google Analytics, and digital advertising platforms is preferred
- A passion for continuous learning and staying on top of industry developments
- A healthy balance of confidence and humility – willing to take charge but also to admit when you don't have all the answers, because we don’t have them all either
