Step 1: Initial Call and Needs Assessment

We kick things off by understanding the scope of your project - whether it’s an audit, an SEO package, or ongoing retainer work. We perform a full SEO audit using SEMRush’s site audit tool to identify any issues and all opportunities.

We’ll review each page for on-page SEO improvements (meta tags, headings, content quality, etc.). We look at any technical issues like schema, site load times, toxic back links and more. Next, we’ll check out your current focus keywords—are they working? If not, we’ll suggest new ones. We’ll also scope out your competitors to see what keywords they’re ranking for and help you target the ones you’re missing.

Once the audit’s done, we’ll schedule a follow-up meeting to walk you through the findings and action steps.

Step 3: Action Plan Based on Needs

Now that we’ve gathered everything, it’s time to decide what actions to take:
