New Memberships & Partnerships That Matter
We're proud to officially join these organizations in 2025:
These memberships and partnerships aren't just about networking (though that's a nice bonus). They're about staying connected to the communities and industries we serve, learning from other industry leaders, and making sure we're always growing right alongside our clients.
Team Wins Worth Celebrating
Our team didn't just show up for work this year, they showed UP. Here are some of the personal and professional wins that made us proud:
Rebecca
Personal: Hit my 700th Class at CKO Kickboxing :)
Professional: Had an article published in CSCNetwork News' quarterly publication, celebrated our 9th year in business, was accepted to the Women's Entrepreneurial Fellowship, a program of the Small Business Association of Michigan, and joined the Alumni Board for Davenport University
Sherry
Personal: Personally, I was honored to watch my two seniors graduate from high school. They both worked REALLY hard to graduate with honors. And I love watching as they start their next adventures.
Professional: We've had many website refresh projects this year. I'm super proud of being a part of updating and refreshing those initiatives. It's a joy to see those websites work harder for our client's marketing efforts.
Elizabeth :
Personal: I ran a half marathon!
Professional: My promotion to Account Director and being a guest on a podcast
Kimberly:
Personal: Got married!! It was so much work to plan and pull together but we did it and it was the best, most wonderful day!!
Professional: Hosted my first webinar! Created the Route to Revenue strategy workshop and all the pieces that go into it.
Claire B:
Personal: Hitting my fitness goals for the year
Professional: Landing this job and stepping into my dream role in the agency life, which I love!
Hope:
Personal: traveled outside of the country for the first time to Mexico :)
Professional: Two promotions! Marketing Specialist > Website Project Coordinator (feb 2025) > Website Project Manager (aug 2025)
Claire S:
Personal: Started sewing lessons, got scuba certified, and tried white water rafting for the first time!
Professional: Promotion to Account Coordinator & helping out with writing copy for some new site launches!
Megan:
Personal: Becoming an "unofficial" official aunt!
Professional: Joining the AMA Michiana board and being asked to be the VP of Communications & proud of the work put into creating Roscoe's timeline.
Justin:
Personal: I committed to a consistent gym routine and have been really enjoying it.
Professional: We’ve elevated our paid ads work by focusing on the value our campaigns drive, not just the usual performance metrics, and optimizing toward the strongest possible return for our clients.
Christine:
Personal: Buying a house and getting a dog was the highlight of my year!
Professional: Getting promoted to Account Coordinator and the great work we did with the Barn this year.
Brittany:
Personal: Margot (daughter) started preschool this year and she hasn’t cried once at drop-off so that’s a huge win.
Professional: Created our new Client Knowledge Base! Plus I joined RED66 this year!
Jenn:
Personal: Moving daughter to Disney College Program in Sept. and seeing her spread her wings & becoming a great-aunt to sweet Olivia Marie.
Professional: Going back to work after a year off (tried to retire but got bored). Also, the transition from a client to a member of the team, so different!
Shayne:
Personal: I developed a good gym routine, found a love for Yoga.
Professional: Joining RED66 full-time.
We believe in celebrating the whole person, not just the employee. When our team thrives outside the office, it shows up in the work we do together.
